1 cup melted butter
1/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup granulated garlic
1/4 cup Jeanpierre’s Season-All
Wash meat. Inject lion with marinade. Let meat marinade 15-30 minutes. Season outside of pork loin with Jeanpierre’s Season-All to taste. Wrap pork lion in foil and cook at 350 degrees basting occasionally with remaining marinade for 30-45 minutes or until center of pork loin has temperature of 170 degrees. Any remaining marinade should be discarded.
